Getting Here

Just 30 minutes’ drive from Conrad Bali, Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) is the main gateway to Bali and services a number of major airlines from other South East Asian and East Asian countries, as well as Australia. 

Transportation to and from the Airport

From Ngurah Rai International Airport

10 km (6.2 miles) - approximately 30 minutes by car 

From the airport straight ahead and turn right at the second traffic light onto the by pass toward Nusa Dua.

Turn left onto Tanjung Benoa by pass leading to Jalan, Pratama.

Left 800 meters on right hand (beach) side.

Secured parking is available, with a complimentary valet service.

Bali Golf & Country Club

With its international tournament reputation the Bali Golf & Country Club is the place where golfers can tee off nearby, in the Nusa Dua resort area.

Bali Handara Golf Course

For golfing combined with enjoyment of beautiful scenery try the Bali Handara Golf Course, which is situated on the edge of an extinct volcanic crater, approximately 50 kilometers from the hotel.

Denpasar

This is Bali's capital city, main business and shopping district so Denpasar is the place where local people mingle with newcomers from all over the country. Badung market is famous for its various colorful textiles and handicrafts. A shopping mall and a complete range of restaurants along the Sudirman and Teuku Umar roads, cater to all the needs of tourists and local customers. Drive to Kedaton, Sumerta, Tonja and Kesiman, to feel the ambience of Denpasar's old city with the temple and palace.

Goa Lawah

The famous 'Bat Cave' and Goa Gajah, Bali's 11th century 'Elephant Cave', both about 40 kilometers from Conrad Bali, are only two of Bali's sacred places.

Kuta

This busy market and tourist area is one place where you can enjoy the nightlife. Along the main road and the beach road there are restaurants, international franchise cafés, bars and lounges; the night sea breeze will heat up the excitement of your leisure time. During the day, take a walk and do some shopping for branded items along Jalan Legian, Kuta's main street.

Nirwana Bali Golf Club

This Golf Course overlooks the crashing waves of the Indian Ocean, just over an hour's drive from the hotel. Conrad Bali Concierge can arrange prime tee-off times.

Pura Besakih

Known as the holiest temple in Bali, is about 50 kilometers from the hotel, and located on the slopes of Mount Agung.

Tanah Lot

Located in the sea set on a naturally carved landscape this temple is just a short drive from Conrad Bali.

Ubud

A beautiful landscape of rice fields, monkey forest and art galleries. It's a favorite destination for relaxing and winding down. The area also specializes in 'masterpiece paintings'. A visit to the original painters' village, Penestanan, is recommended for art lovers.

Uluwatu

Is renowned not only for the spectacular views from the cliff-top temple, Pura Luhur Uluwatu, but also for the beautiful white sand beach below it. Uluwatu Temple beach is a great place for surfers and you can hike down to it from the temple.
