Conrad Bali Conference Center
Conrad Bali’s Conference Center is situated at ground level and features its own separate entrance. The Conference Center consists of a 531m2 (5,723 square feet) Ballroom that can be divided into two separate rooms, with seven additional meeting rooms and boardrooms. There is a courtyard in the center of the conference center for semi-outdoor coffee breaks. The Bali International Convention Center is only five minutes away.

The Ballroom
The 531m2 (5723 square feet) Ballroom is the ideal venue to hold themed parties, large meetings and gala dinners. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 300 people for a reception and 230 people for banquets and can be divided into two separate function rooms to hold smaller events.
This superb and elaborate room offers all the modern facilities needed for high-quality presentations, with broadband Internet access available and a large stage complete with audio-visual equipment.
Meeting Room 1
This meeting room measures 46 square meters (485 square feet) in size, offers the latest audio-visual equipment and can accommodate up to 18 people classroom style.
Meeting Room 2
Identical to Meeting Room 1 in terms of room capacities and dimensions, this meeting room measures 46 square meters (485 square feet) in size, offers the latest audio-visual equipment and can accommodate up to 18 people classroom style.
Meeting Room 3
Meeting Room 3 is a contemporary and elegant meeting room suitable for meetings and breakouts for up to 63 people theatre style. The room also has the latest audio-visual equipment and is the ideal venue for private dinners, or cocktail parties for up to 50 people. The size of this room is 65 square meters (695 square feet).
Boardroom 1
This extremely cosy room can be used for private meetings and breakouts and can accommodate up to 12 people boardroom style. Located on the ground level, Boardroom 1 is within the Business Center and is therefore conveniently placed for any secretarial assistance. The size of this boardroom is 39 square meters (422 square feet).
Boardroom 2
This boardroom is the perfect venue for intimate meetings and interviews. Also located in the function area, within the Business Center, Boardroom 2 is 16 square meters (169 square feet) in size and can also be used as a breakout room for up to 6 people.
Boardroom 3
Boardroom 3 is another cosy boardroom designed for small meetings and interviews, which is also conveniently located on the ground level within the Business Center. It is 17 square meters (179 square feet) in size and can accommodate up to 6 people boardroom style. This room is also suitable as a breakout room.
Boardroom 5
Boardroom 5 is a unique venue to host private meetings up to 10 persons in boardroom style. Located on Level 2, the boardroom opens to the nearby Floating Garden, allowing natural light to fill the room. Additional facilities include in-room coffee break, dedicated Reception Desk, small lounge area with sofa and a flat screen TV with a DVD player.
