Conrad Bali’s Conference Center is situated at ground level and features its own separate entrance. The Conference Center consists of a 540m2 (5,813 sq. ft.) Kecak Ballroom that can be divided into two separate rooms, with seven additional meeting rooms and boardrooms. There is a courtyard in the center of the conference center for semi-outdoor coffee breaks. The Bali International Convention Center is only five minutes away.
The 540m2 (5,813 sq. ft.) Kecak Ballroom is the ideal venue to hold themed parties, large meetings and gala dinners. The Kecak Ballroom can accommodate up to 300 people for a reception and 280 people for banquets and can be divided into two separate function rooms to hold smaller events.
This superb and elaborate room offers all the modern facilities needed for high-quality presentations, with broadband Internet access available and a large stage complete with audio-visual equipment.
Legong is a contemporary and elegant meeting room suitable for meetings and breakouts and can accommodate up to 54 people boardroom style. The size of this boardroom is 174 square meters (1873 square feet). The room also has the latest audio-visual equipment and is the ideal venue for private dinners, or cocktail parties.
Janger is another cosy meeting room designed for small meetings and interviews, it is 117 square meters (1259 square feet) in size and can accommodate up to 12 people boardroom style. This room is also suitable as a breakout room.
Pendet is a unique venue to host private meetings up to 10 persons in boardroom style. Located on Level 2, the meeting room opens to the nearby Floating Garden, allowing natural light to fill the room. Additional facilities include in-room coffee break, dedicated Reception Desk, small lounge area with sofa and a flat screen TV with a DVD player.
